The Board of Directors welcomes our new Executive Director, Mr. Gary Winterstein who formally joined Central Oregon Mediation Tuesday, September 1, 2015. Gary brings a wealth of military, business, and nonprofit experience covering more than 30 years in leadership roles as a U. S. Marine Corps officer worldwide, including assignments with the U. S. State Department and at several agencies within the U. S. Intelligence Community. Since military retirement in 2008 as Senior Marine Corps Advisor to the Defense Intelligence Agency, Gary has volunteered countless hours for Veterans causes, and has held management positions in both the financial services and commercial construction industries.
