Community Solutions has entered into a new contract for services with the Oregon Parks and Recreation Department (OPRD). The contract stipulates facilitation services in support of the Upper Deschutes Advisory Group (UDAG) State Scenic Waterway rule review. Community Solutions facilitators will guide select stakeholders/participants through a series of discussions designed to identify common ground and reach consensus on issues defining State and community needs, waterway rules, and future development of this natural and scenic resource. The UDAG will also be leveraging the reach of the Internet through use of innovative Crowdsourcing techniques as a way of inviting input and solutions from homeowners and outdoor enthusiasts who call the Upper Deschutes their own.
